In most professions, you can find people you admire and aspire to be like. Emma Doyle is such a person in the coaching profession, and more than that, she actually gives you the belief that you can be as awesome as you want to be; as awesome as she is.

I first came across Emma Doyle at the inaugural She Rallies conference in February this year, and to say that she motivated and inspired me would be a gross understatement. The energy and enthusiasm of this woman burst out of the room; her passion not just for tennis, not just for coaching, not just for getting more female participation in sport, but for empowering every individual (man, woman and child) to be the best they can be, to put their hearts and souls into what they do, is more than infectious, it's mesmerising.

The content of her talks is far from rocket science: it is the very simplicity and honesty of her words and demonstrations that is so inspiring. Keep it simple and relevant to your audience.

I would jump at any opportunity to listen to or work with Emma Doyle, to expand my knowledge and skills base, and also for my own personal development, because it is impossible not to embrace her mantra after spending any amount of time with her: head, heart and soul, I can do this.

Emma Doyle is one of those speakers who has your undivided attention. The energy she brings to her sessions is unquestionable and you can see the audience sit closer to the edge of their seats to take in the whole experience. She is a fantastic advocate for promoting women in sport. Emma is a leading light in the world of coaching, she is easy to understand and you feel part of her journey by the end of the session she delivers. She leaves you inspired to be a better coach. Her passion for tennis and in particular, girls in sport, is apparent in so many ways. Inspire, Improve, Impact is the mission statement and life goal that Emma promotes and I believe all coaches can benefit from spending time learning from her.
